The full product. Free covers up to 4 family members and 2 pets, with the shared to-do list, reminders, recurring to-dos, in-app chat with Mallory, push notifications, and email reminders. It's ad-supported. Mallory+ adds SMS chat, bigger family limits, and removes ads.
Does the Mallory+ plan cover the whole family?
Yes. One Mallory+ subscription covers your whole family — up to 8 members and 6 pets. The person who runs the app gets the full app; everyone else can be managed over text. No per-seat charges, no separate accounts to manage.
Can everyone in my family use it?
Yes. One person runs the app and adds family members; everyone else interacts with Mallory over text — no app or login required. Kids, grandparents, even the dog walker can add and check off to-dos by texting. Mallory+ unlocks SMS for the whole family.
Do I need to download an app?
Mallory works in your browser and as an iOS app — use whichever you prefer. Mallory+ subscribers can also chat with Mallory over SMS, no app required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your settings and you'll have access through the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
What counts as an SMS message?
Each text you send to Mallory and each response you receive counts as one message. Daily summaries and reminders are included for free in your Mallory+ plan and don't count against your monthly limit.
What happens if I go over my monthly SMS limit?
You'll get a warning when you're approaching your limit. Reminders always go through, but conversation messages will pause until the next month, so you can use the app instead where SMS does not apply.
